Holiday Exchange Policy

To help with your holiday shopping, we have extended our exchange period for the Holiday Season. Items purchased from October 15th, 2024 through December 24, 2024 (excluding Final Sale items) may be exchanged until January 15th, 2025. The usual terms and conditions apply.


Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use this form to start the Exchange or Return process.

Final Sale

Sale, 'Sample Sale' and Monogram items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Contact us for help with sizing. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please note that all masks, soap, candles and greeting cards are final sale.

Restocking Fee

Please be kind and treat our products with respect. They have feelings too. A 20% restocking fee may apply, if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.

In Store Returns and Exchanges

If an item is returned without the original credit card used, the refund will be issued as a store credit on a gift card. Store credits are non-refundable.

Refund Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Return Shipping in Canada

Province of Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please start the process by filling out our Exchange and Return Form. Once we receive the request we will review the details and confirm approval. If the request is approved we will provide you with a Canada Post return label. A $10-$20 return shipping fee will deducted from the payment of your order, fee amount depends on where you are located (see below). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Territories and Maritimes: $20

Depending on where you live, shipping time back to us can vary. The provided pre-paid shipping label can be printed at home. You can then adhere the label to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post depot to return the original item to us. Once we receive your original item(s), we’ll process the full refund right away. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Shipping on Exchanges in Canada

We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, and your original order met our $100 Shipping benchmark, we will cover the shipping. (*See below for excluded products.) If your item does not meet the benchmark and you originally paid for shipping, we will provide you with a return label, but we will have to charge you for the shipping back to you as per the original order. Please use this form to start the Exchange or Return process

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post depot to return the original item to us. We recommend that you place a new order online for the replacement to ensure that we do not sell out of the size or product you wanted! We will email you with a pre-populated checkout so you just have to enter your credit card info, as we do not store that information. This also means you’ll get the new one sooner! Once we receive your original item(s), we’ll process the full refund right away.

*We cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer, excluding accessories and home products (Masks, Socks, Toques, Hats, Totes, Pins, Candles, Soaps, Cushions, Throws, Baskets, Dryer Balls, Greetings Cards). This service is only available to Canadian customers.

Return Shipping in the USA and Europe

Province of Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs, duties or taxes. To return or exchange your product(s), please mail to: Province of Canada, 1004 Queen Street East. Toronto, ON. M4M 1K1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping costs, duties and/or taxes incurred to Province of Canada for your return, will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. When shipping an item for a return or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at info@provinceofcanada.com for instructions on how to proceed.
