Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at info@provinceofcanada.com for instructions on how to proceed.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Items discounted over 20% are final sale.

Refund Confirmation
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Return Shipping in Canada
Province of Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please mail to: 229-181 Carlaw Avenue Toronto Ontario Canada M4M2S1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Shipping on Exchanges in Canada
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. Please email us at info@provinceofcanada.com before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed. 

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label which you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post depot. Once we receive the item, we will re-send the correct size to you free of charge. Unfortunately, this is only available to our Canadian customers at the moment. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer on orders over $20.00.

Defective or Damaged Goods
