Store Manager (Ossington)

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our Ossington Store. As the Store Manager, you lead the team, champion both the front of house and back of house (storage). Along with in-person customer service, you're the bridge between the store, other store locations, the main warehouse and head office to handle all customer and employee relations to ensure brand continuity. 

• Lead the team to ensure customers are receiving a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience.
• Oversee and have an eye for merchandising.
• Handle day to day store operations.
• Handle all Staffing and Scheduling for the Store Location.
• Lead in store experiences/events.
• Handle all Staffing and Scheduling for the Store Location.
• Positive attitude, high energy, good work ethic and attention to detail.

Store Team Member (Full-Time - Ossington)

We are currently looking for a full-time team member to join our Ossington Store Crew. Things you must be into: Multitasking, folding, shipping, caring and making people happy. 

• Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience.
• Processing deliveries & stock replenishment.
• Picking and packing online and in-store orders.
• Assist with day to day running of the physical and online store.
• Represent the brand and provide customers with positive experiences.
• Positive attitude, high energy, good work ethic and attention to detail.
