There’s a reason you feel reassured when you find a t-shirt that reads ‘made in Canada’ on the label. To many, local manufacturing is synonymous with quality and equality, which is why 'made in Canada’ is the main pillar of our company. Keeping everything made in Canada makes our design studio a second home and our manufacturers our neighbours, and that’s really the most Canadian thing we can think of.
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, and your original order met our $75 shipping benchmark (before tax), we will cover the shipping. Worth Living In
So as a work-from-homer, a pair of worthwhile, comfortable and durable sweatpants has become one of the most valuable pieces of clothing I could possibly own. And let me tell you! This. Pair. Of. Sweat. Pants. Is. The. One. I am fond of the navy, I am fond of the sand coloured logo, Im fond of the length (wich is a little longer than your traditional sweatpant, and gets some stacking at the ankle, And Im pretty tall: 6'1), Im fond of the incredibly soft fleece that feels really wonderful on my skin. I do wish I could hike them up a little higher on the waist, but I like everything pulled up pretty high, so there is more a comment on my specific wants from pants than any fault of their own. They sit pretty comfortably on the hips and can be hiked up a bit if you'd like. All in all, very happy, very comfy, will purchase more when the time is right.
Great clothes but lacklustre service
I contemplated writing this review. I discovered POC through IG and loved that in was a Canadian brand. I sent a gift card to one of my girlfriends who had never heard of it and ended up loving her purchases. Over Christmas I ordered a kids tracksuit for my God daughter and the fit and material were spot on. I decided to visit the store since I’ve never been and hopefully buy a few outfits. When I entered the store there was a gentleman helping an older woman. Eventually another gentleman came out on the floor. Neither of them greeted me. I could see some women working in the back. I believe one came out to watch the floor as one of the men went in the back. We made eye contact but she didn’t greet me either. At this point I am looking throughout the store, pulling sizes and I have multiple things in my hand. No one said Hi, do you need help finding a size, can I start you a change room. I would say I was in this extremely small store for minimum 10 minutes and completely ignored. There were no other customers because the older lady made her purchase and left. It was a really odd experience and normally I would have just left but I drove 40 minutes in the rain to try this place out. Eventually it was just me and one of the men on the floor. When I was ready, I asked him if there were any additional sizes and colours in the back, which he went back to check. He was very polite and friendly once I approached him. It did seem a little bit like it was his first week on the job, he didn’t seem that familiar in his inventory which is odd in such a small store. When I asked for a matching outfit he would recommend things that didn’t go together because the fabric/ shade didn’t match. When I asked where certain things are I saw in the website he was looking around because he wasn’t quite sure. When he went to pull me a size from the back to purchase, he brought the wrong colour. If I didn’t notice I would have left with black pants instead of navy. Overall, you have a great product but if my first experience with the brand was in person, I probably wouldn’t of made a purchase or came back. I use to manage retail stores Years ago and greeting guest is fundamental. Knowing your inventory as a sales associate is one of your biggest purpose.
It was a Xmas gift for my daughter. On line order never received.
