Bonjour Brioche x Province of Canada

Bonjour Stack

Cotton & Croissants

The Bonjour Brioche x Province of Canada collection is now in stock. Graphic Tees, Sweatshirts and a Baseball Hat inspired by our favourite brunch spot. If you're from our neighbourhood, you already know about Bonjour Brioche. The 100% Canadian French Bakery has been in Toronto's East End since 1997. It's what drew us to Leslieville and has continued to be a staple in the community.

White Bonjour

A Local Love Story

When you live in Toronto and start dating someone from Montreal, one of the first topics of conversation will be breakfast - and you'll most likely have this conversation while having breakfast. Such was the case when I met Julie back in 2005.

Don't get it twisted, I was already a fan of breakfast but not to the extent of a French Canadian. After a handful of brunch experience in Montreal, I knew that when Julie came to visit, I had to do my best to replicate a French Inspired, Montreal level breakfast.

I did my research, compared Toronto Life and BlogTO "Best of" lists, and landed on Bonjour Brioche. It may sound a little too romantic, but that decision kickstarted our obsession with a little French Bakery in Riverdale and started our love affair with the east end of Toronto.

Fast forward to 2021, and Leslieville is our home now, not just for our family but for this brand that was sketched out over quiche Lorraines, croque monsieurs and croissants. Without Bonjour Brioche, there's no Province of Canada.

Some things are better in person.

While we've been working on this collaboration for years in our heads, it was the pandemic that inspired us to bring it to life. It's taken months to create and seems serendipitous that it launched in time for the slow reopening of the world. Isn't it great when things come together?

Bonjour Brioche is open, Province of Canada is open, come say Bonjour!
