Since the inception of Province of Canada, we’ve been on a purposeful pursuit to recreate the classics. The Oxford Stripe Shirt has been one of those timeless, wardrobe pieces, that we were itching to put our made in Canada spin on. After years of research, design and development, our Oxford Stripe capsule is ready for the world. Introducing the Oxford Stripe Shirt and the Oxford Stripe Dress.
What makes the Oxford cloth so special is the way in which the cotton yarn (referred to as warp and weft) is woven together to make the fabric. Oxford cloth is made up of multiple weft yarn crossing over an equal number of warp yarn. We’ve chosen a stripe with a yarn-dyed, pale blue warp, crossed with a crisp white weft, giving the fabric its unique, checkerboard appearance.

There’s a reason you feel reassured when you find a t-shirt that reads ‘made in Canada’ on the label. To many, local manufacturing is synonymous with quality and equality, which is why 'made in Canada’ is the main pillar of our company. Keeping everything made in Canada makes our design studio a second home and our manufacturers our neighbours, and that’s really the most Canadian thing we can think of.
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, and your original order met our $75 shipping benchmark (before tax), we will cover the shipping. See our Return Page for excluded products and details. View our Exchange and Return Form to start an Exchange or Return.
The main goal of our brand is to be as sustainable as possible. The anti-fast fashion.
