Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes, you'll have the option to select pick up in store during checkout prior to entering you shipping address. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. If you'd like to pick up the same day, leave a note or contact us at 416-551-1229 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

We currently ship within Canada, the U.S. Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
How much is shipping and when can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 across Canada. Provided all items are in stock, Standard Expedited orders will ship within 1-2 business days. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Since we ship all of our products from Toronto, Canada, delivery will depend on where you're located and can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST are scheduled to ship the following day. See rates and delivery times listed below. Shipping price varies based on where you are located in Canada.
Next Day/Same Day Delivery with Swyft $10.00 ($5.00 for orders over $75):
Same Business Day: Order before noon for same day delivery.
Next Business Day: Order after noon, for next business day delivery.
Standard Shipping $10.00-20.00 and Free Shipping Over $75:
Toronto: 1-2 Business Days. Usually next day.
Ontario + Quebec: 1-3 Business Days.
Rest of Canada: 5-7 Business Days.

Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment from Province of Canada, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
Shipping on Exchanges in Canada
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, and your item meets our $75 Shipping benchmark, we will cover the shipping. If your item does not meet the benchmark and you originally paid for shipping, we will provide you with a return label, but we will have to charge you for the shipping back to you as per the original order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed.
We will provide a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post depot to return the original item to us. We recommend that you place a new order online for the replacement to ensure that we do not sell out of the size or product you wanted! We will email you with a pre-populated checkout so you just have to enter your credit card info, as we do not store that information. This also means you’ll get the new one sooner! Once we receive your original item(s), we’ll process the full refund right away.
We cover shipping one exchange per purchase per customer, excluding accessories and home products (Masks, Socks, Toques, Hats, Totes, Pins, Candles, Soaps, Cushions, Throws, Baskets, Dryer Balls). This service is only available to Canadian customers.
Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for an exchange, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
