We are currently looking for part-time and full-time members to join our store team at 1004 Queen Street East. Things you must be into: Multitasking, folding, shipping, caring and making people happy.

• Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience.
• Processing deliveries & stock replenishment.
• Picking and packing online and instore orders.
• Assist with day to day running of the store.
• Represent the brand and provide customers with positive experiences.

Studio Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our head office team. The Studio Coordinator will report directly to the CEO / Co-Founder. They will provide a high level of support through administrative duties, handling office operations, and general organization of the company. You will be involved in a wide range of creative (and not-so creative) projects that contribute to Province of Canada’s overall, made in Canada experience.

Our ideal candidate has a proactive and collaborative mindset, impeccable time management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of creating efficiencies and “getting things done”. You have a passion for helping others and fostering a safe and inclusive environment where employees feel connected, inspired, and supported. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve laid out here, that’s cool too.

A Day in the Life

• Handle all day-to-day operations within the office/studio, and be the main point of contact for all office-related needs.
• Help maintain monthly books, accounts payable / receivable, reconciliation of purchase orders/invoices, data entry and other fun bookkeeping stuff.

• Perform administrative and clerical duties such as handling communications, file organization,  and scheduling meetings.

• Generate monthly reports for sales, accounting and marketing teams.

• Assist with employee scheduling and time sheets for payroll.

• Be the liaison between store and head office for shipping/receiving/invoicing purposes, and help communicate and provide new collection visual references/delivery times to the sales team.

• Facilitate of all office and store functions and services, including courier arranging, space planning, vendor, and contract relations.

• Assist with product creation and help manage product data on provinceofcanada.com.

• Assist with photoshoot prep work.

• Assist in the organization and execution of a variety of events - team events, holiday parties etc.

• Purchase and maintain office and store supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.

• Support the onboarding of new hires through ordering equipment, preparing onboarding materials, and assisting with other HR functions.

• Continuously identify efficiencies and areas of improvement in our office operations.

• Conduct regular research to stay up to date on trends, and report any suggestions and ideas to the team to aid in decision-making.

• Ensure all internal platforms and systems are up to date at all times.

• Support Creative Team when called upon.

 

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar relevant experience.

• Well versed in workplace systems, tools, and platforms such as G Suite, Apple and Shopify.

• Incredibly trustworthy with sensitive information, correspondence, and conversations (You are a sealed vault when it comes to information!).

• Self-starter who thrives on finding solutions on your own in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, professional, and easily accessible with an approachable demeanour.

• Excellent communicator with a strong ability to draft professional correspondence, articulate ideas, and facilitate company-wide meetings.

• Skilled at conducting research and being resourceful to provide the best solutions possible.

• Experienced in handling office operations considered an asset.

• Bilingualism (EN/FR) considered an asset.
