La Canadienne Sweatshirt Washed Black - Womens
Inspired by cool summer nights and one of our official languages – our La Canadienne and Le Canadien crewneck sweatshirts are made in Canada with super soft, lightweight 14 oz French Terry cotton. A comfortable reminder that we all need a little French in our lives.
Our Washed Black garments undergo a special dying process. Once cut and sewn, they're washed with a black ink. This dying process creates a faded vintage-like effect on the seams, cuffs, neck and waistband, and gives it that overall worn-in look.

There’s a reason you feel reassured when you find a t-shirt that reads ‘made in Canada’ on the label. To many, local manufacturing is synonymous with quality and equality, which is why 'made in Canada’ is the main pillar of our company. Keeping everything made in Canada makes our design studio a second home and our manufacturers our neighbours, and that’s really the most Canadian thing we can think of.
Just what I wanted. Many thanks
This sweater is amazing - if you’re on the edge, just buy it. The quality is incredible and it is so comfortable. I was worried the french terry wouldn’t be as comfy as more fleece-y interiors, but it is super cozy without being hot to wear on summer nights. The colour is awesome and the fit is just right - I am tall (5’10”) and usually like oversized sweaters, but I ordered a S in this and it has a tapered fight while still being roomy enough for my liking.
Envoi très rapide. Sweater super beau, confortable. Très satisfaite de mon expérience d’achat chez POC!
I got an M (5'11, 145lbs, 36C) and it's great! The material is light so it's great for spring/summer evenings and fall maybe with a light coat? It looks exactly how I pictured it, and is incredibly versatile. Only thing is it's a little tight in the shoulders/arms for me, but I'm also pretty broad. Still! Really comfortable and I wear it all the time since I got it!
